Champion racemare Winx's first live foal, Quinceanera, has begun her breeding career at Coolmore Stud in the NSW Hunter Valley. The $10-million mare visited stallion Super Seth last week.
Quinceanera, who was retired from racing earlier this year, was sold for a global filly record of $10 million in 2024. Her dam, Winx, welcomed her third live foal this week, a filly by Darley shuttle stallion Too Darn Hot.
Winx part-owner Debbie Kepitis said the owners were excited to start Quinceanera's breeding career.
