Teens and men charged with murder in mistaken-identity shooting of Sydney university student
A teenage boy and two men have been charged with murder over the mistaken-identity shooting of a university student in Sydney's south-west. Marco Tapia, 23, was found with a gunshot wound at his Glen Alpine home after emergency services were called about 3:40am on September 1.

Detectives confirmed the wrong house was targeted and, after an investigation, the three males were arrested in Junee in the state's Riverina region about 9am on Tuesday by State Crime Command's Homicide Squad officers under Strike Force Gareno.
The three were taken to Wagga Wagga Police Station and charged with murder, two counts of special aggravated break and enter and the serious indictable offence of possessing an unauthorised prohibited firearm.
Police will allege the three males, including one allegedly armed with a pistol, entered the home and confronted Mr Tapia, before he was fatally shot.
All three were remanded in custody, with the two men set to appear at bail court today. The 16-year-old will appear at a children's court today.
Two other teenage boys have also been charged with offences.
NSW Police is expected to hold a press conference at 10am.
